The Web site adds that mounting expenses prompted the sale. In an attempt to push the limits of television Lily and Marshall sell their stuff. The items will be sold online with the proceeds going to the children’s hospital in LA. This should be a fun auction and raise a lot of good money for a good cause. Proceeds from the How I Met Your Mother Auction will benefit Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
Unfortunately for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles the company hosting the auction site has been hit with an abundance of traffic and is currently down.
